He co-founded and leads CHC Creative Remodeling, now operating as CHC Design-Build or Transue & Associates, based in Lenexa, Kansas, and serving the greater Kansas City and Johnson County areas.

Kevin’s specialty is unique, high-end custom remodels—from whole-house redesigns to stunning interior conversions like basement bars, home theaters, and home offices. His acclaimed “Party Barn” renovation—a 3,200 sq ft barn converted into an entertainment space—won HGTV’s Fresh Faces of Design “Design With a Passion” award. Chief Architect later highlighted this project, showcasing Kevin’s signature hand-sketch design style and his advanced use of Chief Architect software.
