It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to be able to help thousands of residential designers and contractors master the skills needed to draw fast, detailed and accurate plans with the CAD software Chief Architect.

With over 20 years as a general contractor doing residential remodeling, I've completed thousands of successful remodeling projects. Including kitchens, bathrooms, porches, basements, 2nd Stories as well as specializing in 3 and 4 season porches.

Add another 20 as a trainer and user of Chief Architect I've also completed thousands of and plans for homeowners and contractors. I've also been honored to have trained thousands of professionals on the "best practices" of using Chief Architect.

Over those years, I’ve seen a lot of changes occur in the building industry. One thing that hasn’t changed is the realization that an accurate, well conceived, and detailed plan for any building project continues to matter more than ever. The efforts put forth in the creating of a good plan will serve to reward the homeowner and contractor with a very successful project and an enjoyable experience.

Moving forward, I’m excited to be able to take my experience and bring new and efficient education and systems to those in the residential industry. Easy to follow strategies and support that will help designers and contractors complete even more successful projects and run more profitable companies.

Summary

I've had a rewarding career in the home building and remodeling industry for 40 years as a contractor, designer, Chief Architect CAD trainer, and Design Build Remodeler Coach. These experiences have led me on my current mission to help designers and contractors initiate major transformations in their business by making small adjustments to their thinking and actions.
