COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply to the community spaces, forums, groups, programs, channels, and digital environments operated by Chief Experts, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including any community hosted on https://www.chiefexperts.com/ or on third-party platforms.

Participation in the community (“Community”) is optional but subject to these Guidelines. By joining, posting, or interacting in the Community, you agree to abide by this document.

1. PURPOSE OF THE COMMUNITY

The Community exists to support:

  • learning, growth, and collaboration
  • meaningful conversation
  • shared experiences
  • mutual encouragement
  • respectful discussion
  • professional development
  • connection around Company programs

It is not a place for harassment, medical/legal/financial advice, solicitation, or harmful behavior.


 

2. WHO MAY PARTICIPATE

Participation rules (as selected in your intake form):

  • Community Available: Yes
  • Minors allowed? Yes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have an active membership, course access, or program enrollment.
  • You must use your real name and account. Unless you and the Company have arranged for an anonymous account and or pseudonym to be used, if this is an option offered by the Company.
  • You are responsible for all content you post or share.

 

3. COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS

You agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness.
  • Participate constructively and in good faith.
  • Contribute thoughtfully to discussions.
  • Keep conversations relevant to the Community.
  • Follow platform rules and Company policies.
  • Respect differences in experience, skill, and background.

Behavior that is not allowed includes but is not limited to:

  • harassment or bullying
  • hate speech, discrimination, or bigotry
  • hostile or inflammatory comments
  • defamation or false statements
  • impersonation
  • spamming or self-promotion
  • scraping, copying, or data harvesting
  • sharing confidential or paid materials
  • soliciting private coaching/DM pitches
  • conspiracy, misinformation, or harmful health claims

 

4. CONTENT GUIDELINES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that:

  • You own what you create or have permission to share it.
  • You may not upload copyrighted or paid materials without authorization.
  • You may not share screenshots, recordings, or content from private Community spaces outside the Community unless explicitly permitted.
  • You may not repost others’ content outside the Community without consent.
  • You may not upload AI-generated content that impersonates real people or misrepresents facts.

5. AI-ASSISTED OR GENERATED CONTENT

If you share AI-generated posts, images, summaries, or insights:

  • You must represent them honestly.
  • You must avoid deepfakes or fabricated claims.
  • You may not use AI to impersonate another member.
  • AI content must comply with all guidelines and laws.

The Company may use AI to:

  • support moderation
  • flag harmful or problematic content
  • summarize community discussions
  • detect spam, fraud, or abusive behavior

AI systems may not always be accurate, but they assist in maintaining a safe environment.


 

6. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

The Community is built on trust. You agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of other members.
  • Not share screenshots, conversations, or personal details outside the Community.
  • Avoid posting confidential or sensitive information (yours or others’).

The Company is not responsible for what other users do with information you share—post thoughtfully.


 

7. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Community discussions may include business, financial, creative, technical, or personal topics.

However:

  • Members’ posts do not constitute professional advice.
  • You should verify information independently.
  • You assume all responsibility for actions taken based on discussions.

Company staff may provide general guidance, but this does not create a professional relationship.


 

8. PROMOTIONS, SOLICITATIONS & SELF-PROMOTION

Unless explicitly permitted:

You may not:

  • advertise your services
  • pitch coaching or offers
  • DM (directly message) members unsolicited
  • promote affiliate links
  • recruit members to other communities
  • host off-platform events inviting members

This keeps the Community focused and safe for all.


 

9. MODERATION & CONTENT MANAGEMENT

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Community is moderated by staff, contractors, or AI tools.
  • The Company may edit, delete, hide, or move content.
  • The Company may disable comments or threads without notice.
  • The Company is not required to pre-approve content.
  • The Company may remove posts at its sole discretion that violate guidelines or create risk.

Moderation visibility may vary depending on platform features.


 

10. VIOLATIONS & REMOVAL ACTIONS

Violations of these Guidelines or any Company policy may result in:

  • warnings
  • content removal
  • temporary access restrictions
  • permanent removal from the Community
  • loss of program or course access (if violations are severe)

Company’s decisions regarding enforcement are final.


 

11. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • your behavior
  • the content you post
  • safeguarding your account
  • evaluating information shared by others
  • any consequences of sharing sensitive information

The Company is not liable for disputes between members.


 

12. COMPANY RIGHTS

The Company reserves the right to:

  • modify or discontinue the Community at any time
  • remove members for any reason
  • refuse re-entry to previously removed users
  • enforce rules at its discretion
  • adjust or update these Guidelines as needed

Updates become effective when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.


 

13. FORCE MAJEURE

 

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to:

 

• pandemics, epidemics, outbreaks, or public health emergencies;  

• government-mandated shutdowns or restrictions;  

• acts of God, natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, or extreme weather;  

• wars, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability;  

• labor shortages, strikes, or supply chain interruptions;  

• failures or outages of utilities, internet providers, hosting platforms, software, or communication channels;  

• systemic failures, outages, or critical errors of AI tools, APIs, or third-party technology providers;  

• sudden changes in laws or regulations that materially affect performance;  

• any event that is unforeseeable, unavoidable, and outside the Company’s control.

 

During a force majeure event, the Company may suspend, delay, or modify affected services without liability. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations promptly but is not obligated to issue refunds or compensation for interruptions caused by such events.

If you see content that violates these Guidelines, report it to:

Include screenshots, links, or context where possible. The Company will review reports but is not obligated to take any particular action.
