Gable Detailing, Corner Boards, Concrete Steps V10
Dan Baumann, CR

1. Gable Detailing - Play Tutorial, 9 minutes
In an elevation view a slab was added at the peak, the thickness set and siding was painted onto it. The trim detail was created using a copy of the same slab and set to 1" thick. A copy, concentric jump was used to create a hole in the middle and the material was painted onto it. The roof was reshaped using a double click break. Corbels were added from the library.

2. Corner Boards - Play Tutorial, 6.5 minutes
This is a slab that has its own tool. Select the molding, corner board tool and click on the corner. Open the dialog and set the desired size. Set the Default Size so all future corner boards will be correct when added. Spray the desired material onto the corner or set the Default Material under "Defaults -- Materials -- General Materials -- Exterior Trim".

3. Concrete Steps - Play Tutorial, 4 minutes
In plan view, draw a slab and set the desired "Top Height and Thickness". Use "Copy" and "point to point move" to place the copy where desired. Adjust the height as desired. Change the material to brick.
