Long time no talk. I thought of you the other day and thought I would say hello.
Thanks for all that you did for us three years ago. The house is almost done.
I still have one bathroom to refurb and a screened in porch to build. Attached
is a picture. If you ever want to see the inside, please let me know. It took me
17 months to move out of the basement and is now worth every minute of it.
You were critical in helping me pull this thing off. I was over my head but, somehow
came out of it. I would like to do it again someday but, not live there.
When that time comes, I might call you. I paid $199 for the house in '99 and put
$300 into it. I had three appraisals in the last year that were all around $1.2.
